Die Lees-metode word gebruik om die hele stroom of 'n gespesifiseerde aantal grepe van 'n binêre stroom-objek te lees en gee die resulterende data as 'n variant terug.
Let wel: Hierdie metode word slegs gebruik met binêre Stroom-objekte, vir teks Stroom-objekte, gebruik die ReadText-metode.
Sintaksis

| numbytes | Optional. The number of bytes to read from the file,
or a StreamReadEnum value. Default is adReadAll
If you have specified more than the number of bytes left in the Stream, only the bytes remaining are returned. |

Note: This is the only valid value with binary Stream objects |
